Was this judge in love with Anna Nicole? Did he weep because he couldn't bear the thought of burying her?

Anna Nicole Smith was a very attractive woman. And many men (including myself) liked her a lot. But I didn't realize that some of her fans liked her even more than I did.

I think he was crying because it is very very sad, and the world we live in today is very messed up to have this sort of thing in his court room.

I've watched this debat since it started. I got the impressions that this judge didn't know that much about Anna Nicole. Even tho I think this judge was very weird, and did things a little half assed, I believe at the end of this debat, he was very emotionally envoled, and could clearly see that Anna Nicole was a very lost woman. He felt the pain for her, and he was more concerned for her daughter. He really broke down when he said that he hopes that they help her daughter live a normal life because he is worried that she will end up lost just like her mother.

Because it was the end of his "show". He knew he was on TV and was trying to enjoy the fame. That's not normal. What an idiot!! I watched the whole thing and I just could not believe how unprofessional this judge acted. It was just shocking. I think they should have a retrial.

Drama and attention, nothing else! How many judges have you heard of crying because of their verdict or for the loss of their defendant? A Judge, by definition, is supposed to be impartial. If he cries, he is biased because he obviously feels a lot for one of the parties. If it was up to me, I would remove that judge or at least render his decision useless.
