Cia are not spies. in thier own country
cia stands for clever invisible a holes and work for the government of the United states of America. just by the name alone, how do you know they are following you around, ask yourself why are they , and think how iportant you must be for the govornmwnt to pay invisable men to do so,
now if these invisable men or women were in britain or another country they would be classed as spies.

you cant. the CIA is very good at what they do. back int he 80's they trained freedom fighters in Afghanistan how to fight the Russians who were trying to take over their country,. the Russians were never able to hold Afghanistan. then one of the CIA trained fighters named osama Bin Laden turned on his former allies and used his CIA training to attack the world trade center. unless you are talking about the culinary institute of america. Then you can stop them by giving them a nice cake recipe

Do what the late Diana did. Find a friend or friends you can trust and leave your home in a disguise in their car and go where you will, that is how she was able to pay secret hospital visits without the Special Branch tailing her and finding out what she was up to.
It was unfortunate that they eventually caught up with her on foreign soil and ended her existence.
But that wont happen to you will it unless you have crossed the threshold of the American establishment?
