4 answers

is this n=1 ??
This might be n-1.

2/3(9n-6)+4(n-1)

2/3 is multiplying by both 9n & 6 and in the same way the 4 is multiplying by n & 1.
So,

2/3(9n)-2/3(6)+4n-4

3 cancelled 9 by 3 and then the remaining 3 is multiplied by 2 resulted 6.
3 cancelled 6 by 2 and then the remaining 2 is multiplied by 2 resulted 4.

6n-4+4n-4

This is simple now

Answer = 10n-8

OR

This may be 2/3(9n-6)+4 while n=1

in this case

2/3[9(1)-6]+4

means

2/3(9-6)+4

2/3(3)+4

....................2*3 = 6.
....................6/3 = 2.

2+4
