Look in the owners manual for an OEM replacement.

Depends on what kind of weather and driving you use it for too. If you live in colder weather go with a lighter weight oil like 5W-30. If you race it, go synthetic oil. If you live in warmer weather go with a heavier oil like 10W-30.

Honda has built a very good little powerplant. Honda recommends that you use 5W-20SAE *SM* engine oil.
I wouldn't recommend any change from that with the following exceptions;
1) Very high mileage (> 100K) a high mileage blend oil, at the same weight viscosity.
2) If the mileage is low (< 50K) and you are considering use of synthetic, it would serve you well.
if you choose an oil that is heavier than recommended, you run the risk of flooding the engine bearing surfaces, causing a loss of bearing material, loss of oil pressure and consequent loss of lubrication. You also run the risk of damage or failure of the V-Tec sub-system and components.
