wat should i do?my moms ok with it but me as her sister thinks it wont be ez bc its a lot of work cleanin it and not gettin it infected. i noe bc i have 1. idn wat to do? plz help

Tell her that she is too young and since her body is still growing, it wont look right as she grows...Also, tell her how much it hurts!!!

I hate needles, so I would never get by belly pierced.
Tell your sister that it hurts alot for about the first two weeks. And there is a very big chance that it may get infected.

Make her wait until she's 16. Thats what my mom did, and im glad. I know you're the sister, so you dont really have the say, but use that big sister force!! My little sister got her nose done when she was 16, and when she turned 18 i paid for her tattoo. But let your sister grow up a little first, geez. I agree, she shouldnt do it so young.

Better then a tatoo at 13. Look at me! When I get old I will look like old mother hubbard.

Your mom is in charge and if she says it's OK then it is. If it does get infected it will teach your sister a valuable lesson.
