This is going to qualify as a sick answer.
The man does know how to go to war. I'll give him that. (can you hear me rolling my eyes?)
I think he'd deploy what troops are left here in the States and leave everyone else where they are already.
This whole war thing scares the living daylights out of me. I have a 14 year old daughter....and who knows what the future holds for her. If things continue on the way they're going now, even with a new Admin., will the draft be reinstated?
We need to take care of our own first and quit invading other countries dammit!

What makes you think that us citizens couldn't handle a few attacking terrorist. Do you know how many veterans, and ex-military, and law enforcement officers live here? The "everyman for himself" ideology wouldn't manifest anyways. Look at the results of 9/11, and how citizens cooperated with each other.
Come on, terrorists are not that well organized to do that much damage to us anyways. I know we have a victimization problem with more then half of our society to come up with this level of cognitive type of thinking, and I belief that is a problem. It's about time that citizens step up from cowarding behind others, to start living with some courage in their daily lives.
Besides, their are more Americans killing Americans then there are terrorists killing Americans, inside America right now. What can we do about that?

"The rightly guided" is relatively incorrect. we are in Afghanistan considering the indisputable fact that's crammed with Taliban and Al Queda. After 9/11 we bombed the hell out of it and invaded as a fashion to discover the gang in charge for killing 3,000 harmless individuals. by some skill that makes us a terrorist united states? Iran is def no longer a good occasion of a rustic that may not. Any united states with a pacesetter that announces he needs yet another wiped off the map or that the holocaust in no way befell is in deep crap. Why could we choose somebody like that having nukes? we've them because of the fact WE invented them, thank you. And WE wont basically use nukes. all of us be attentive to greater valuable then that. that's a deterrent at this ingredient to have them so as that everybody else is familiar with in the event that they have been to apply them or attack us shall we break them with the turn of a key. As for Turkey, they despatched help to Palestine, good for them, Israel has the acceptable suited to examine shipments into that section to maintain it secure. They refused, Israel took care of it. completely high-quality. You, my terrorist buddy, are an fool. awaken. back to the question to hand.... Our purpose is to get rid of the infestation of terrorists that wanna harm harmless people and break freedom loving countries like usa and replace it with a working democratic government which will sell human rights. it is going to take time and could in no way be ordinary, yet ultimately it is going to take place. Why would we? The force deployed to Iraq is very small comparitive to the total active and reserve duty forces.
I'm sure you liberals are praying for an attack at home so you can blame George Bush for something else. I heard he's also been stealing babies from their cribs and selling them to the Russian mafia because he lost a bet to Putin....... Watch out for your children.

The United States has 1.4 million troops in total and another 850,000 in the reserve and we have about 250,000 in Iraq. I think they will just let the troops stay in Iraq.

I hope it comes to every man for himself, then you people may wake up. Are you saying that you have no idea how big the U.S. military is? You don't know that the U.S. has troops based all over the world? Any idea how many are based in your own country?

Of course not. He's not actually concerned with the home front or our boys. Middle east oil interests, ya know? He would probably send even more troops out there. You saw what a dashing job the feds did during Katrina.

Probably not, I don't think Bush is really keeping up on what is going on in the USA. He is more focused on foreign countries.
He spent to much time growning up in Saudi Arabia.
That is where most of his friends are.
When there is a terriorist attack here he probably won't be involved he is pretty protected anywhere he goes.
