It depends on the teacher. However, she may be more lenient because you're not exactly an expert in the area. You could also learn a lot from her comments on your paper. So it has it's pros and cons.

Depends upon the professor and how they feel about you. If I was your professor, I probably would. But write all you papers as if they are an expert. You never know what a professor will mark you harder for, just cover yourself and write it to the best of your ability.

maximum in all risk via fact which you're parroting what you have heard from Glenn Beck, Fox information, etc, with out using some serious thinking. Your professor maximum in all risk asked some questions and stated some logical fallacies with those low marks. you will could handle those counterpoints in case you desire to develop your grade.

Professor usually do, because they look at every detail since they are the experts so they think they know everything.

It all depends on personality. Some proffesors are hard asses. It does seem that the higher up they are the worst they grade. Must be the lack of sex or something. It also depends on the subject matter. I find that my language teachers are hard compare to my engineering classes.

if she is an expert on it then she would know so much more on it and she would most probally make sure that every thing is correct whereas in another topic that she doesn't know as much about she might not know if something is right or wrong so she woluld just go with it
