my washer has no problem with spinning, but for some reason its not draining the water. it just stops. please help. i have too much laundry to do.

and also how can i get all the water out of the drum?? its so heavy i cant even pull it out.

it would be helpful it you stated the brand of washing machine your asking about. they are all different. washers even vary from model year to model year. G.E. made alot of washers that had a flex coupling between the motor and the pump, when the coupling failed the washer no longer pumped out the water.
use a large plastic drinking cup to bail out the water.

If the hose exits the machine low on the cabinet. You can put the hose into a low bucket or dishpan and the water should gravity drain.

It's not easy to get to, but I would check to see if the water pump is plugged with something. The pump is usually in the front and plastic with hoses on it, if you get the front cover off, you should be able to locate it.

Some of the things may block your washing machine's tab or drainage way. You may call washing machine mechanic and solve this problem very easily.

You may have a bad switch. Try a different cycle and go to the spin cycle and try that.

hi the drain hose mite be plugged or the pump is shot

I had the same issue once, the belt went bad.
