yes you can work in a place that serves and if you go to bar tending school you can server. The law says that one who is not 21 may serve if he/she has graduated from bar tending school, but that still doesn't give them the right to drink underage.

Yes you can serve in restaurants that serve alcohol, and sometimes even the restaurant will help you learn how to bartend and you can bartend at 18. You just still can't drink it, of course.

each and each state has distinctive rules bearing on serving in a cafe, serving alcohol, pouring alcohol, or maybe clearing alcoholic drinks from a table. maximum in all probability while you're 18, you are able to take the alcohol order and produce the drink on your shopper. whether, you're actually not allowed to pour the beverage. yet, states like Indiana have lots stricter rules on the subject of alcohol.

Yes, but you just can't serve the alcohol. You can serve all the food though.
