I am not great at english but I still maintain a A in it and I would b willing to improve my writing skills. Also I think I could handle Bio since I do pretty good in science and math. I was wondering how much work I would actually get?

you're going to have to spend alot of time studying like 3-5 hours worth of studying if you want an A in both of those classes. its going to be hell. If you get a C in AP bio dont be shocked. I know people who are really smart but are seriously struggling in that class. Most of the people who take that class at my school are juniors or seniors so you must be really smart to be taking it as a sophomore. I dont even know any sophomores in my school that are taking AP bio. GOOD LUCK!!!

Dude, AP Biology is very hard to maintain a decent grade in. Balancing that with another AP History class with alot of reading adn outlining (3 hours per day) will complicate your situation.
I am taking AP Biology right now and its no joke if a person gets a C in it by trying very hard. Aside from memorization/ retention skills you have to be good at interpreting what you read because most the questions from your tests will reflect how many hours you took in trying to understand it (and I mean, TRULY understand it, not just "ok I got it")
I took AP US History last year and that took alot of time and effort. I ended up with a "B" and passed the exam with a 4. I spent 4 hours on a regular basis studying, outlining and doing hw for that class. If you have the ability to absorb what you learn (30-60 pgs per week) then take it along with AP Biology (30 pgs per week with intense mental concentration) You will re-read alot of the info in Biology and outlining is a must. Also, if you want an "A" in AP Biology you have to spend 5 hours a day studying it and researching on the topics to get an extended understanding

You should probably wait till you're a sophomore to take both of those classes. You're going to need Biology in college if you pick a science-oriented major. I took AP bio during my sophomore year and I forgot a lot of crucial information. My best advice would be to take AP bio during your third year and maybe think about taking AP European studies your sophomore year.

Take bio! that is going to earnings you many extra in case you advise to pursue any technological awareness or medical occupation. it truly is a lengthy way extra durable in college, or perhaps if you dont get exempt from it, you may have an additional reachable time. As for AP euo, yeah its AP, yet until eventually you opt for to be a historic previous significant, it serves no purpose.

well im a sophmore now and im gonna take AP Bio and AP AMERICAN LITERATURE and AP history, and Ap spanish
it will defenitly be ALOTT of work but it really only depends on if your up to it or not. IF your gonna slack off then don't take it cuz its gonna ruin your grades but if ur a hardworking student then go for it

might be too much for your freshman year. i took ap us history my junior year and it was tough. i had a hard time maintaing a c in that class. but the projects helped alot. ap bio is not that hard if you're willing to study. and i mean STUDY alot...that goes for ap us history too. so if you're willing to put in the time and you have good organization skills...i think you can handle it.

If you think you can do it, then do it!
It might be hard, but then just try harder!
