We boys have nipples because of our X chromosome.
When our parent conceive us, we get our X chromosome from our mom and we get a X chromosome or Y chromosome from our dad. If we get a X chromosome then we become a girl but if we get a Y chromosome then we become a boy.

When at foetus stage, we all start out as females.
About 14 days later, the XY XX kicks in & turns some of us into boys.

So they can feed their babies milk!!! It is a fact that in lactating mothers, their partner can also grow breasts & produce milk. I'm just wainting for the day when MEN can become pregnant & go through labour!!!
