Going through giving birth for the first time
do u think u were or are more excited 2 see ur baby or more scared of the pain of child birth?

personally I'm way more excitied to met my baby
the pain I sometimes think of but the excitment takes over!

You're looking at it the right way. I tried not to think of the pain, as it was inevitable anyway. It's temporary, though, and then you get to see and get to know your baby and that's just the best feeling in the world!

I was excited about the birth, but the first time I was pregnant I couldn't see beyond the birth at all, wasn't thinking about meeting the baby because I couldn't imagine what it would be like

I was more excited. I had times when I was scared but I talked to other moms and read lots of books to help prepare myself. I actually had a pretty easy time with both of my sons' births.

It was always the excitement of seeing my beautiful baby that was kicking the cramp out of me. After my first kid though, I knew that I was going c-section so I knew what I was in for. It is so great to see your child for the first time. See their eyes, nose, mouth, fingers, toes, etc. Knowing that you made that baby inside of you. IT IS TOTALLY COOL
