Donate them to some place. Give them to the neighborhood kids. Put them on the curb, you will make someones day. Make a collage. sell them to a used magazine dealer. Recycle them. Are they art magazines? Give them to an aspiring artist.

As a teacher in middle school, magazines are so needed. I teach in an Arts Magnet school and we always need magazines. You could pass these along to any school. Also, your local hospitals, especially children's hospitals. I have volunteered there and we always cut up magazines and make cards, etc. Try the homeless shelters, Family shelters, boys and girls group homes, Boys and Girls Clubs, Boy and Girl Scout facilities- there are numerous places that would appreciate your gift.

Donate them to any number of places, including a senior citizen's home, a hospital, a doctor's office, a shelter...
Where you donate them depends on the magazine's style and readership or demographic.
I recently purchased an old mag on Ebay. Might work for you, too.Talk about trash to treasure. Old magazines are treasures!

The politically correct answer is to bundle them up and take them to the recycler. The get real answer is pitch 'em in the trash.
