Yes all the time with my two brothers, we thought we were big and clever until one bloke waited for us one night and matched us home to my mom who was waiting to wallop us one by one as we walked through the door, we were grounded for a month and told if we ever went knocking on doors again we would be knocked into next month let alone next week.

yeah I did, but it was called knock down ginger then. I've even played it as an adult. I guess I wasn't fast enough though cos I got caught. I was playing at work and then the person came in an gave me damn good scolding infront of everyone. It was hilarious! Man, I miss those games!

Yes - but we had a better game, we would pick a phone number at random from the phone book and call that person up and just start apologising for random stuff!!! My best mate got chatted up by one of the blokes and she went out with him for a while!

Sure did but we used to CAREFULLY tie cotton to the door knocker and pull it from the other side of the street,as soon as they closed the door we'd pull it again and the look on their faces was priceless.
What happened to good old harmless fun?

I did but the very last time I did it I ran straight into a policeman. I was so scared I kept calling him sir, my brother who left me and was watching from the street corner was wetting himself laughing - I thought my dad will kill me being brought home in a police car - luckily he just told me off

oh yes loved it plus where i use to live they have downstairs loo's right by the frontdoor so when they went the toilet and turned the light on we would run up the path and shout down the over flow pipe ha ha they were in the right place to *hit themselves lol

yes i think every kid will have played that one and we used to call it knock and nash then we would play hikey dikey(jumping over there hedges to get away)i would ground my son for life if i knew he was doing that nowadays.

Yeah loads.Did it a few weeks ago on the way home from the pub.Very immature i know but got us home quicker.
