What could I do to make it even just a little bit better?

If I had magical powers, I would take away all of you hurt and troubles of the world. But since I don't, I will offer you a hug and a shoulder to lean on. (and roses, if I knew where to deliver them to)

Try to think positive.The emotions like unhappiness ,having a bad day etc are just illusion of mind.It may fade away by tommorrow.Never allow such feelings to come into your mind.Always try to think how you can make yourself happy by diverting your attention and realize that there are people who are having bad days since they are born and there is nobody to take care of.If possible lend a helping hand to those who need your help.The happiness you derive from this is ............. you cannot just express.

I am sorry that you are having a bad day. This happens to all of us and I believe that being alone, lighting a candle, reading a book, self indulgence is the best cure. I hope your day gets better. SMILE

listen to good music, my favorite song right now is Grace Kelly by Mika.
I also like to plan how I will kill someone I hate. i know, i'm a psycho, but it really works, imagining yourself going through every step of the plan.
smell something that smells good.
make cookies.
talk to a friend.
or just go to sleep, so when you wake up it's tomorrow and your bad day's over!!!

take a break, from whatever you are doing.

*Go for a short walk
*listen to music
*call a friend
*read a magazine
*just sit and cry ( you might feel better)
*take a bath
*read a newspaper
*cook something
*do something nice for someone else
*go see a movie
*paint your toenails
*clean your room
*write a letter to someone, you haven't spoke to in awhile
*answer other people's questions on yahoo, answers!!

go do what u like 2 do and forget about the day!examples:basketball,videogames,since u a girl i bet u like shopping anything that would make u forget.

First, you could start by smiling.....sing your favorite song and do a little jig...try blowing some bubbles...always lightens me up

well, you could allways think happy thought, look on the bright side, and daydream. you may even be able to imagine your favorite heros or heroes....hurting a person you hate or are mad at
