a prescribed dose of Tylenol with Codeine? It just seems odd that he would become more active afterwards.

Before anyone freaks out about the codeine, my doctor prescribes it for debilitating headaches while I am pregnant. I trust him implicitly, so i don;t need any answers that tell me how bad it is to take them.

I am assuming that the answerer who suggests a second opinion has a medical degree which surpasses that of my OB.

WOW!! I surprised that no one has reamed you yet.

I noticed that with my prescription Vicodin. I'm 28 weeks and have only had to take it once since I got the prescription. I thought I was being paranoid.

It could just be coincidence as your child is getting bigger and they do move around mostly when you are resting or trying to sleep.but codeine is a stimulant so it could affect your baby but your doctor wont give you anything that will harm him or her.

I'M ASSUMING YOUR OBGYN PRESCRIBED THAT WHICH IS SCARRY IN ITSELF SINCE YOU SHOULDN'T BE TAKING CODEINE WHILE PREGNANT! MIGHT WANNT A SECOND OPINION!
