Imagine a perfect world, what is the point to living if we have no life lessons. Happy everyday and nothing goes wrong, 100s on every test, the perfect first guy. We wouldn't have any experiences and we wouldn't really know what fun and happiness is because we would have fun and happiness everday and forget what it feels like. It would get boring. Besides, we weren't made to be perfect, even structures in our cells are messy and disaligned. We all have our disagreements and much as agreements and thats how we live.

Because humans have free will and don't always agree. Since there is no total harmony, there is no perfection. There is hate, violence, greed, etc.
It's a great idea on paper, but not everyone can read.
