I wouldn't even do it. Maybe when your older it would be better. My friend(i'm 13 too) got hers pierced and she couldn't bend over it hurt so bad at first for like 3 days. And it's kind of gross when you wear a tight shirt and there's a big lump there. If you go swimming that's the only time you would really get to show it off.
Also you could get an infection in your stomach since it's close to your belly button
W/E it's your body ruin it whatever way you want. Good Luck

Why don't you go to a tattoo shop they will pierce it! Just make sure it is a Tattoo and Piercing shop. I live in Ohio and I don't know if they have shops like that down there.

yeah, go to a tattoo and piercing shop they will do the job but in case they wont do it because of your age, ask your parents to take you to the shop since their ok with it.. might as well go all out with it. ;)
