Yeah...when I first started watching the Food Network, his show is what I got hooked on first. I watch it occasionally now but I really like The Barefoot Contessa, Paula Deen's Home Cookin', and several others. I love watching these shows to get ideas and tips on how to do things more efficiently. You learn to be more creative with your cooking and presentations.

No, he not very he doesn't have the right personality for TV. He tries to be funny but isn't. Some of his recipies sound good though. I would rather have his cookbook that watch him. I like Paula Dean even though her food is soooo fattening-she's fun to watch

I think he's got some great ideas, and there's no doubt he's charismatic but it's still strange to she people cheer for cheese and garlic.
Not a bad show but I don't understand that hype.

No. That whole "bam!" thing annoys me. I do, however, like Emeril better than Rachel. That whole "YUM-o" thing is worse than "bam!".
