A regular paperview costs $40 bucks but it's wrestlemania the grandaddy of them all so they add the extra $10 dollars because everyone would buy it and they want to make money. So the price is $50 bucks.

Normal Pay per views are $39.99 but Wrestlemania is $49.99
But do what I do! If your local theatre, or one near your is playing wrestlemania it costs like 12 dollars! And you go there and get to watch it on a big screen for 10 times less!
