You probably meant to put this in the chemistry section.

HNO3 is the most acidic, being a strong acid
C5H5NHCl, which is pyridinium chloride (more aptly C5H5NH+ Cl-), which is a weak acid
KClO4, which is neutral
KF, which is a weak base
Ba(OH)2, which is a strong base
