I do yoga three times a week. bicycle 2 miles every other day.

I exercise every day, and I don;t just do any kind of exercise, I do the best exercise anyone could ever do, I have loads of SEX.

not really i try doing about 25 sit-ups every night before bed and during the day i run if I'm up to it and i also do stuff like cart wheels and flips back bends and I'm doing those almost 4 days a week and my stomach is not tone or anything and I'm not tired after i do this stuff

you should exercise every day cardio every day and wieght training every day but when you weight train work out different parts like you upper body one day and then your core and lower body the next never work the same muscle group two days in a row

I go to Cardio Express, I've got a six-pack. I still work out, I wanna become one of those guyz with the biggest muscles.

yes.i bike.and do crunches/leg lifts.plus i do yoga about 3-4 times a week.
