How do i enter windows without putting the password screen?
i bought a computer in a yard sale and when i connected it in my house it asked me for the password which i dont know....how do i enter windows without wriing the password....also when i turned it on it said the windows that it had was counterfited and fake...how do i fix that?

well, if it wont log on without the password. you're mostly going to be stuck. the only think you can do, is probably reformat the whole computer with a CD. Either window XP or 2000. your choice. those cds however cost A LOT. better to just buy a new computer. they come cheap these days.

click on start click on control panel click on user accounts make sure the 2 boxes have check marks in them you are good to go. As for the counter fit copy you could take it to a the shop have them clean everything out and that way you could set it up the way you want. or up grade the computer to vista. i have seen this done for $75.00 to 200.00 depends on what you want done good luck.
