Barcelona is a brilliant team, although I support Liverpool.
For national teams, I would say that recently Portugal has been pretty good, but Brazil is still an amazing team. They've just had some trouble recently.

at the league level it has to be Barca with ronaldinho, messi, puyol, marquez, zambrotta, deco, guily, eto'o
at the national level right now no one really stands out, italy has lost some form since the cup. france maybe, but i don't like them. wait until teams start qualifying for the next cup, then it will be easier to say who is better.
if we are talking all time, it would be brazil, they have won the most world cups and the only team to play in all of the world cups:
