The price of an acre of land in Marion Springs (or anywhere else, for that matter) depends on WHERE that acre(s) of land are located. If it's at the corner of an interstate interchange, it's worth a real bundle. If it's in a swamp, it's not worth squat. In other words, there is no value range for such a question. All you can do is check around and see what's available, and if the asking price is something you are willing to pay.
