It is called enterprise - he provides "jobs" in other countries to less qualified people and pays less than 1/4th what he would pay an educated American and he get richer by lying to the public and creating a monopoly by aligning with other companies like Sun Micro, Intuit and even AOL to steal their technology rework it to create a specific patent and avoid being sued because now it is Microsoft proprietary. It is his right and privilege to bite the hands that feed him consider how he got his start by stealing the platform from his best friend (well technically he "paid" for it a whopping $25 or so) but hey that's the way the cookie crumbles. He has created a trend and even once strongly American companies like AT&T and Penske now "out source" to forein countries to save money. If this keeps up America will be the 3rd world and the rest of the globe will be corprate held.

You are surprised? Almost all call centres are outsourced and of course they are looking for the lowest price. That is not going to be somewhere with high wages. Jobs will only come back when we are competitive both in price and quality. At least we have the quality edge when in comes to responding and explaining in English (or French and Spanish).
