Both Stern & Anna herself behaved as if Burkhead is the father. If you thought you were the father, wouldn't you run, don't walk, to a DNA testing lab?
But since Anna's death Stern has to be careful, since if he doesn't cooperate quickly, he might lose his license to practice law. If he acts really anarchistically, he could face kidnapping charges. I think he has begun to digest this, which is good for the baby.

Larry Birkhead seems genuine. Even though people used to smirk at him at the beginning, the way he testified in court has won him over a lot of approval.
