The best thing to do is to NOT TALK ON YOUR CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING unless it's an "emergency" but make sure you limit it to 1-2 minutes & use a hands free handset so you can keep both hands on the steering wheel. There are a lot of accidents out there, some are caused by not paying attention due to cell phone use while driving. I have noticed that when I am behind a person who is on their cell phone while driving on the freeway, they slow down & start swerving a little bit but don't even know it because they are too focused on the call they are on when your "main focus" should be on your driving. I would recommend that we all don't use the cell phone while driving, it's safer that way & if you desperately need to take a call, you should have your passenger answer the phone for you & speak for you so you can keep your eyes on the road or at least pull over to the side of the road if you know you will be on the phone more than 10 minutes.

It is difficult that is why most states are adopting a policy of no cell phones in cars while driving. I am glad.
