I was two weeks late and took a pregnancy test...actually I've taken 3 since Monday! They have all been positive but I don't feel like I'm pregnant friends who have kids said I should be getting morning sickeness. I'm about 6 weeks along. I have light cramping throughout the day and have had some spotting/normal discharge but I don't feel any different. I do have an appointment in 2 weeks, but should I be feeling something already??

Don't worry, many of us look at morning sickness as a sure fire sign of pregnancy, however, there are many who do not have morning sickness just as some have it until the second trimester or all through pregnancy. :) I thought I was scot free and then came 10 weeks and I got morning sickness and it stopped at the end of 11 to the start of 12. With that short of morning sickness if I didn't know I was pregnant I would have thought I had food poisoning. Not feeling pregnant is not anything to worry about. I gaurantee once you feel the baby moving and kicking you will feel pregnant (when quickening starts though many first time moms do not notice this until around 16-20 weeks) and those crampy feelings are caused by the uterus expanding. Later you may feel a slightly different feel cramps because of ligament stretching because the baby is growing. Also, some women do not start getting mornings sickness until 8 weeks but even that varies. If you feel like it is not normal, give your doctors office a ring and ask the on call nurse and she/he or your doctor will get back to you (usually it will be the nurse). They will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

In my first pregnancy I had no morning sickness the entire time. In my second pregnancy, I was sick during my second trimester. It varies from person to person so there is no way to tell. I didn't "feel" pregnant until the beginning of my second trimester. However with my second son, I "felt" pregnant before I took the test. The best thing to do is to go to your ob/gyn, or a family planning clinic. There's possibilities that there was a false positive, but I don't think the chances of that happening three times in a row! However, I hoped this helped and congratulations!

Some people have mild pregnancy symptoms, others have them later on and a few have non at all for the first trimester. If you don't get morning sickness, don't worry. It is normal not to have it as well.
Congrats.

Don't jinx urself like I did. I am 8 weeks and just started feeling it but only a little. My nipples hurt and I'm always tired. But other than that I don't feel very pregnant either. I guess we should be happy were not getting sick. We have plenty of time to feel pregnant!

Congrats!

Some women don't "feel" pregnant til they feel the baby move, around 16-18 weeks.

Every pregnancy is different...I never got any symptoms until the 2nd trimester when I felt the baby move.
