President might have been expecting certain developments, which would make him take clear decision.His patience has yielded result .now the present u.p government is in very much peril loosing so many M.L.A s. The government has come to a stage where the president is not forced to take decision,but to just do his routine duty,by dissolving the present govt,which might not have majority.

Even if the president had dissolved the present UP govt the state is not going to get any better governance under any other party because,congress and mayavati are corrupt to the core

President is not authorised to dissolve any government.President on the advise of council of ministers can dissolve a state government for six months or till the next elections.Central government have to worry about any fall out from their action before they decide anything.

See...Our current president is trying to change the way people look at this post as a puppet or rubber stamp....I mean he's gonna give his assent to only bills that are in the greater good for the country..He's not gonna just sign it without looking into it...And as for as UP, if he had dissolved the regime,it's sure will have opened the Pandora's box and its gonna throw UP into utter chaos...
