Beware of answer n. 4, it's misleading! You might think that glands are sevrating organs, however they do not secrete enzymes (which are proteins), but hormones, which are much smaller molecules, working as transducers (often in cascades).

Examples of endocrine glands are: the pituitary gland, the pancreas, the ovary and many others, you can find them here: (you can see that they are found everywhere in the body!)
