I find Clearasil really works, as well as more expensive products from Clinique.
I have acne...but right now I have not one single pimple on my face because I take such good care of my skin. I wash my face with a good facial cleanser morning and night, I moiturize with oil-free moisturizer, I wear oil-free Dior foundation, and I go for facials at least once a week. My skin is squeaky clean! I also went to a dermatologist to get some pimple cream, when I do get a pimple it dries it right up. But its a little expensive.

Clearsil will work just as well if you do all the other things I mentioned.

**********Also NEVER, EVER pop a zit!!! It leaves scarring!

I had the same problem as you. I spoke to a Dermatologist, and she recommended Clean andClear Persa-Gel 10. You can also buy anything that has "Benzoyl Peroxide". That's the main ingredient many pimple creams and treatments lack. They sell them over the counter at any pharmacy. Apply a thin layer 2-3 times a day on your infected area, and within a matter of 2 days, it will dry up and disappear.

Clean and Clear! Use the Acne Wash with the Pimple fighting moisturizer. Here are pics of them:

I know you didn't list it but I have tried all of the ones you listed and they either made my skin worse or didn't work at all. Try tea tree oil. You can get it almost anywhere but if all else fails and you can't find it go to www.aveda.com You take a q-tip and put it only on your acne. This stuff is great and it only costs about 12 bucks.

Clearasil Ultra. Overnight and the zit is basically gone. IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN BE CAREFUL because it can dry it out so you might want to get an oil free lotion. It is 10% benzoyl peroxide. Neutrogena is second place and has 2.5% b.p. but it is easier on the skin and doesn't work as fast.

i would use clearsil becasue it works really good. i cant use it because im allergic to benzoyl peroxide, but it still works lol. if i get a big pimple,i put it on just the pimple but my face gets red and blotchy, but its worth it because it gets rid of the pimple

go to the beauty parlor and get a facial to remove any lackheads that may be hiding. just maintain good hygiene habits and if you really have problems that re occur you may want to seek advice from a dermatologist.
