#2= 10/-10, 6/6

By OPPOSITE i assume you mean NEGATIVE.

17/-6 --> 6/17 -15/-10 --> -10/15 =-2/3
10/-10 --> 1 6/6 --> -1
-8/-4 --> -4/8 = -1/2 4/-8 --> 8/4 = 2
0 --> undefined undefined --> 0
