I smell a loaded question.
I'm liberal, pro-choice, and neither Christian nor Muslim. One of the reasons I'm neither of these religions is that they're both anti-choice.
Just because I support peoples' right to be Christian, Muslim, or any other faith they like, does NOT mean I would be willing to live by that faith's rules. I believe that religion belongs out of politics entirely.
IOW, be as Muslim, Christian, etc., as you want to be, in your own life....but don't you dare use YOUR religion to take away MY right to decide on my own medical treatment.

Same thing that christian and jewish faiths teach.
They believe in the same bible (old testament) and worship the exact same god as christians and jews.
