Commit a crime within 2 years they should be deported after sentencing. Sponsor a jail in their Country (A third of the price) Return them as prisoners to serve there sentence.Should there survive and try to return they are returned to serve a further period. I m sure the thought of jail in a third world prison would be a better deterrent than the hollywood inns we call prison.

All new immigrant are screened and DNA tested for positive identfication. To sponsor a prison means you can oversee the prisoners to ensure they serve the time. The next time you hear of a child and her mother being dragged for 100 yrds under a car driven by an immigrant think of your answer. We have our own growing number of criminals to deal with!

Any immagrant that commits any crime should be deported after being sentenced, and after they served our time. And yes I think that we need to start making prisons a little worse.
You should check out Sheriff Joe Arpio and his jail system. They live in tents, in our AZ sun, come rain, heat and hell, they wear pink panties and eat bologna sandwiches. The gov. needs more Joe Arpios!

I concur.= take Mexico The leader turned loose all their prisoners on a promise that they never come back to Mexico. So what we now have is Mexican CROOKS. If any are caught breaking the LAW within 2 years they should be deported back to Mexico or where ever they came from. This oughta be what congress and the senators should be thinking of instead of sticking their noses military issues in freeing other countries.

I think it would depend on the crime. Sometimes the crime might be strong enough to ensure the person gets put in a cage, for the REST OF THEIR LIFE, if not longer!

Returning a serious criminal to their homeland might not solve the larger problem. After all, they already escaped justice in their homeland. Who is to say they won' t do it again?

I firmly believe any immigrant that commits a crime, should be deported. but here is the problem, will their country imprison them , or set them free. I believe we should house the immigra.nts in someplace like we did with the terrorist in Cuba. and keep them in cages then deoirt them, also put a tracking chip under their skin once imprisoned, and if they cross the borders into the U.S., then we should definately find anothe solution to this threat to the Security to the U.S

no, they should serve they sentence in the country they commit the crime, because, some of them comes back under new name with new identity, roaming as if they didn't do anything. If we sent them back how do we know they are really locked up

I've been in jail and its not what i would call a hollywood inn. I like how people think that jails are what they see on TV.

I think thet should serve time, as well as be deported .....it's hard to say if this country or theirs. Theirs may be much worse than our jails.
