They tell you right before you are going to ovulate... And i wouldn't suggest one, really. You can do something that doesn't cost money and is typically more effective. Start trying about 3 days after your period ends. Every other day, because sperm takes about 48 hours to replenish fully. When you do..try.. lay on your back with a pillow under your butt for about 30 minutes afterwards. Repeat this until about 2 1/2 weeks after the last day of your last period...and it should work better than squeezing in sex the day you ovulate. Sperm can live in the vagina for up to a week, and your eggs only stay "alive" for 24-48 hours after they are released.. so.. start before you ovulate!! Goooood luck!
