on runescape,where can I find a fishing rod?

or does any have one that I can buy from them?

A fishing rod is sold in the Port Sarim fishing shop (south of Falador), but I suggest you go to the swamp south of Lumbridge and get a free one from the Fishing Tutor.

go to the docks and go into the fishing store or in karamjia people will drop them or give them away
