an prolonged time in the past, somebody got here up with a humorous little punctuation mark referred to as the Interrobang. It replaced right into a hybrid: an exclaimation and question mark and replaced into meant to help fuse the two. regardless of the undeniable fact that, it under no circumstances made it to the typewriter keypad and replaced into ultimately forgotten by using fact people in simple terms did not understand precisely the thank you to apply it. Nor the place. base line: learn how to place in writing extra useful. do not over-use punctuation marks. One exclaimation mark is often adequate. under no circumstances better than one. If it quite is a question, use a question mark. in case you are able to rigidity, use berevity. Re-write and continuously edit, edit, edit.
