very vague, there was a small pink penguin and a small blue penguin, on an ice burg... all i remember and its really bugging me, around the early 90's... i was about 4 i'd guess.

I think Dylan is right b/c when i was little i had a tape about a penguin and it was called Scamper. look it up online to see a pic
