He may only be in his second season but for all the hype he got before he came out of high school he sure hasnt come close to living up to it.I mean come on the guy had a ESPN movie made about his life and was famous because his cousin is Stephon Marbury.

And no he shouldnt get defended with excuses like "Oh he's played on 2 sorry NBA teams" (Celtics & Blazers).

Yes he is a bust! Plus he was busted. If he plays like his cousin than he will continue to be a bust. "Starbury" has been a team killer, until he gets traded, then the team gets mysteriously better....HMMMMMMMMM

Going on their SMALL body of work, I'd say it has to be Livingston. He was a HIGH lottery pick and was actually given the reins to the Clippers this year but never played the way he should've. The fact that Telfair has already been traded and has been trade bait for most of his young career is an indication of him being a disappointmnet. Anytime Shaun Livingston's brought up however, the Clippers won't part with him because they believe he'll be an ELITE point guard one day (as do those teams that are after him). So the fact that he's playing mediocre now make him a bigger bust

He is still basically a kid so to call him a bust right now really wouldnt be fair. Hype is the result of the media wanting to be beating each other to the next great player. The league is full of guys who took several years to gell, look at the Piston starting backcourt. Hamilton was dealt to Det. because he didnt live up to the hype, Billups was cut more than once and spent a long time rotting on various teams benches before the Pistons gave him a shot. And I also remember Garnett struggling at first also. Being a gifted athlete isnt enough in the NBA, it takes some guys a long time to learn the nuances of the game so before his is labeled a bust he should get the same time as others have to prove himself...after all it isnt like he was the 1st pick in the draft!

I would say he's doing about as well as expected. Ever since his 8th grade showing at the ABCD camp his stock has dropped. By the time the draft came around he wasn't supposed to go nearly as high as he did. In fact the only reason he even went pro was that Adidas offered him 30 million. Most experts had him as a late first round pick and his performance has been indicative of that.

definetly a bust i mean hes a good backup for delonte but no way we shoulda given up brandon roy for him. brandon roy is rookie of the year who averages close to a triple double with 18.5pts per a game. major bust for the celtz even though im a huge fan i mean sebastian has a smooth shot but hes no brandon roy

He's not a bust, not yet, I think, at best, he'll be an average NBA player.
