Yes, I have. Just the same as I've seen white Americans. Doesn't mean they are NATIVE (by race) to that particular land. Perhaps they're white but were born there or obtained citizenship of that country.
btw, Bob Marley was half English, half African-decent Jamaican.
Edit: Ok, I watched the video...and no, I wouldn't consider her "fat". She's "curvy" perhaps...she's definitely got some meat on them bones...but honestly, some guys like that. I think it's fine.
Also, how can anyone even tell that she's "white"? She could be any race really...it's hard to tell in that lighting, and you never really know with certain people anyway.

i dont consider her fat, but she would look better with more clothes on. i never seen a white jamaican before but i did see a guy from Ghana, (i think) who was born from a black family but he was born albino so he was whiter than me.
