I don't believe in software cooling the CPU. I think the best way (from my experience) is the fan cooling, ventilation and cleaning the CPU itself from dust and dirt.

I have my computer work fine because I do periodic maintenance.

There is software to MONITOR the CPU temperature, but not to actually cool it.

You must use a device called a CPU heat sink that installs on top of your CPU and usually includes a large cooling fan. When overclocking, your CPU produces more heat than normal so you want to find a high performance heat sink designed for overclocking.

Additional case cooling fans may also be needed.

if your pc fan is constantly running, than yes it is cooling your processor. You might want to clean up your drive c,d drive. Use spy-ware software to get rid of all your spy, Trojans and registry keys, the reason why you CPU fan is running constantly is because there is something running all the time, go to Internet options and take remove all cookies and temp files, then go to Set program access and see what is running without your permission, try turning ones off that are not approved, or go to best bu and get Fix It Utilities. Put in the disc and it will guide your thought the process. It will take awhile to de-fragment the c,d drive. Good Luck!11
