Cannot believe I am actually going to say this but 'not any more' When I watched him (for a few years) on BB after show I thought he was just the English eccentric (which I love) kind of guy - but he basiscally repeats himself again and again about his ding a ling - taking up most of the show in fact. However of the recent awards tv well it was ok actually - but I turned off not because of him but I cannot abide all the celebs (small letters) praising themselves endless times - more people do more for society than the shower of the screens And no I am not a party pooper just got my priorities right.

He is absolutely hilarious. I've seen him in concert twice and he is really clever. Very quick witted and extremely good at observational topics. I just love him. He is also very polite, a little smutty at times, but also loves his audience. He bonds with people straight away. He is a true talent. By the way, he went to drama school,so yes he can act. He had his mum at the concert on Saturday. I think a lot of people pre judge him, and pre judge him totally wrong.

He's going to be appearing in Cold Blood in a serious part, something I just can't even imagine:
RUSSELL Brand is to star in ITV1's Cold Blood - in a straight-acting role.
He is said to be thrilled at joining the regular cast of the serial-killer drama.
Brand, 31, will play Ally, an obsessive stalker who plagues wife killer Jake, actor John Hannah.
Personally, I can't do with the bloke, seeing him on a channel makes me turn it off, but he seems to be getting a larger and larger following!

i think of Russell sort like Russell sort. anybody else in basic terms shows him annoying. I do exactly not locate him humorous. He additionally sounds like a cleansing soap dodger who's having an extremely undesirable hair day.

yes, i find him very funny. his tv stuff is funny but his live shows are hilarious. i saw him in october last year in manchester and it was the funniest thing i've ever seen. i was crying with laughter which is rare for me, i'm usually more of a smirker. and i wasn't alone, everyone was laughing all the way through, it was a fantastic show, don't go of the tv stuff too much, he's way funnier doing stand-up.
