(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
(3) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one if your present anti virus is not protecting you .

Don't send out any personal information or banking #'s etc. Get a pro in to check your computer. Better than trying to do it yourself and opening the door for identity theft or banking info etc. being stolen from you or anyone using the computer. Everything you do on the computer might be recorded by someone else. Get a computer pro to check it out. It might cost a few $ but is is the safest thing to do. Good luck.

It's a mass emailing virus... trying to use your machine (and addresses) to spam people.

it's a special e-mailing virus \ worm. you can remove it easily by most of antiviruses.
