I am looking into changing careers and Telesales/Customer Service has always been an interest. I have had a look on the internet but hopefully there is someone that could give me a bit more guidance in the right direction?

I worked in a call centre. Most companies give you training, but it is a simple job, the training lasts for only a few days.

At first it is interesting but after a while it becomes boring and monotonous (unchallenging).

I used to work for sit-up channels; look on their websites they might have vacancies

Papers are full of jobs for telesales/customer service vacancies. Depends how ethical you are. If you like a job which involves lying to the public, scaming people into signing up for things they can't afford and ruining peoples lifes. A career at MBNA is for you.
