I'm having problems with Paypal. They keep locking me out of my account and asking for more information. I don't entirely trust them. As a merchant do you use anything other than Paypal? If so what kind of payment processor or method would you recommend?

Most businesses have a merchant account to accept credit cards from their customers and there isn't much difference in cost between them and paypal. I found the payment processor at wininbiz (it's step 11) to be very competetive and support responsive. I and my family use them in several businesses.

Good luck.

How is it extremely inconvenient to pay by PayPal? It is actually the easiest way to pay, in my opinion. It's basically a 1 click payment....

Money order. Call Paypal though, they are very trustworthy.

personal check, cashier's check, money order, well-concealed cash (at buyer's risk). I've also heard of something called BidPay, but i'm not really sure what it is or how it works.
