Okay so I was at work today, right? Well I worked with this girl I've never worked with before. She did absolutly nothing besides go to myspace and wander around playing with her hair. But then I noticed some stuff she was doing.. like little little details that no one notices. Like for instance, whenever you put something in the mircowave the timer thing will blink until you hit end. She hit end. I've never seen anyone do that. She did lots of little things like that. Any opinions? Have you worked with someone like this before?

Perfectionist's are often lazy, because they know if they start a project it's going to take a lot of time and work to get it just right, because they work harder when they do work, they want to avoid it.

Because you are annoyed at the sound the microwave makes when it goes off does not by any means make you a perfectionist!

Believe you me, I live with a perfectionist and he doesn't even know we have a microwave.

If she was a true perfectionist she would be deeply involved in her job making sure every little detail was done with perfection.

Sounds like she has perfected the task of receiving a paycheck while avoiding work!!

Maybe, her mom taught her from the first time she used a microwave to hit the end button. Or she may think the end button constitutes her doing her job. End of discussion!

She sounds like me!! I actually turned the sound off on our microwave at work because I was so annoyed with people not taking their stuff out fast enough. I'm not lazy at work, but at home all I do it straighten things out and then watch TV on specific volumes that I like. We do exist.
