Thumbs are broken right now. It's not just you.
Yes, but if you get reported, your question will be deleted.
I had a 360, but I abandoned it. If you want a real pic for an avatar, you need a 360.
That's about it, I guess.

You can't do thumbs up yet because you're brand new, you need to earn some points first.
You can ask anything you like, within reason, there are guidelines. Be prepared to get some either rude or goofy answers, depending on what you ask!
A 360 is up to you, I don't have one but I just like to answer questions.
One thing you should be aware of is that people sometimes will vote your questions or your answers down just because they can, sometimes there's no good reason for it. Be careful what language you use, some people are more easily offended than others. Yahoo will also delete your question sometimes for no apparent reason.

You've pretty much had your questions answered by others. A 360, like they said would be up to you. I have one....and I used to blog on it daily, until they blocked it from here (I'm in Iraq). So I update my blog every 4 or so months when I come home for vacation. The only other thing I can tell you to be aware of, is that the this can be addicting......I love it. Have a great day.

Can't give thumbs up until you reach level 2 OR if they just happen to not be working that day.
Can ask anything you like, so long as it's not offensive or profane, and PLEASE make sure it's in the right category.
360 - personal preference there. I don't have one yet.
and BEWARE THE MONERATHS...(j/k. just watch for the trolls)

You only have 20 answers per day at level one. Once you're a level 2 you can thumbs up/down.

you will get the thumbs when your level 2
no you cant ask anything,you just have to word it right,you will get violated for asking anything vulgar
yes I like having 360 it can be fun with friends
yeah watchout for stalkers and the yahoo nazis and dont take polls and surveys better know as P&S or the pub serious,this is a fun area
