I would kill it just like any other. I would never even have the chance to find out that it could talk.

If it were speaking English, i'd strike up a verbal substitute. "It must be accessible having all those legs. Do you resent people having an unnatural subject of you? How do you be waiting to make some parts of your internet sticky, and not at all others. What circumstances help you to envision the position to construct your webs? that are the tastiest insects? Do you enable out your toddlers?" you realize--those type of questions. If it were speaking yet another language, i'd in all danger cover it with a pitcher, slip a bite of cardboard below the glass, and throw the little bugger out of my residing house.

Make Friendly and strike a deal. I always wanted a fly on the wall but a talking spider would be even better.
