I would say a woman. 9 times out of 10 she is the determining factor as to whether or not it is going to happen - she is going to be the one who says yes or no. Most of the time men aren't going to turn it down if its presented to them.

I think it is easier for a woman to find a sex partner faster because it doesn't take much to turn on a horny guy.

Probaly easier for a women if shes not to chossy , for a guy if he doesn't want to look real hard he can go the commerical route
